Ordering
How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear to the right of the "payment options" screen.
Can I place orders by phone? 
I accept phone orders Call: 1-805-714-3833 I am available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8AM to 7PM to answer your questions. I would love to talk to you! Tuesday is my Family Day so I am not available, Sunday I am closed.
Can you put a "rush" on my order?
If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please e-mail me at sales@juliettasnatural.com during regular business hours. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8AM to 7PM. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard or Discover Cards. If you'd like to pay by check, your order must be placed by phone. After your order is placed, please send your check to:

Due to a high volume of fraudulent checks, all orders by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please add an additional three days to allow your check to clear. Overpayments via check is a common method of check fraud. All overpayments will be issued as store credit.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of  California (8%).
Do you have a minimum-order requirement?
Julietta’s Natural Olive Oil Body Product has a $10 minimum-order requirement.
Do you offer samples?
I offer some samples of Olive Oil Hand & Body Lotions, Upon request we will add some free ones to your order

Order Tracking & Updates
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order via the UPS Web site or USPS Web site, using your tracking number or, which we will email you when your order has shipped from our location.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer-care representative as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charge

Return Guarantee and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
I pride myself on carrying high-quality items, and I hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at support@juliettasnatural.com for a return authorization within 45 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved by our customer-care department.
How long before I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three-to-five business days.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No, currently we do not charge a restocking fee.
What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please E-mail me at support@juliettasnatural.com at your earliest convenience, but no later than 25 days after the package was delivered. I will either ship out a replacement, or help you file a claim with UPS.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
My shipping model is easy to understand! Processing time (pulling and packaging your order); plus shipping time equals delivery time. Each order is processed within two-to-three business days, unless it is a special order, gift set or large quantities. My entire line of Natural Products are all Handcrafted by me, labeled, packaged and shipped to you. Larger orders are made to order for freshness. 

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we can ship your order via the USPS and can deliver to PO Boxes. If you select to ship UPS you are required to have a physical address for delivery.
At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S., U.S. territories or Canada.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination. USPS is particularly sensitive to weight, light orders are shipped more cost effectively via USPS, but heavy orders of soap or Body products are better shipped via UPS.

What are your shipping options?
I ship using either UPS or USPS and provide tracking numbers for both. Keep in mind that any shipping option other than regular ground shipping or First Class Mail incurs a premium shipping fee. For light weight packages USPS is the more price conscious and faster choice.

Do you have a printed catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog. You can view our entire collection online, also a product flyer will be placed in your shipment alone with other information about Julietta’s Natural Product line.

Privacy and Security Policy
Are online transactions on your site secure?
All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet.

How do you use my contact information?
I request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. I request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.
